Hady is a people-first psychologist and HR strategist passionate about helping individuals and organizations thrive. He holds a BSc in Psychology from Lancaster and Sunway Universities and an Executive MBA. With over 560 hours of coaching and therapy delivered, Hady empowers people to understand themselves, define goals, and acquire life and market-ready skills. As General Manager of TREE, he leads HR systems, performance frameworks, talent development, and international consulting efforts—guiding TREE's mission across the Middle East and beyond with clarity and heart.
Dr. Khaled El-Haddad

Organizational Psychologist | Executive & Life Coach | HR Consultant
Dr. Khaled brings over 25 years of rich experience in organizational psychology, human resources, and executive coaching. He began his career in 1996 at Hoffmann-La Roche, later establishing its Training and HR departments. He earned his MBA in 2004 and served as Head of HR at Asfour Crystal, managing over 120 HR professionals for a workforce of 20,000+. He later advised two Egyptian Ministers as an OD consultant before founding TREE in Kuala Lumpur in 2015. Dr. Khaled is certified in OPQ and DISC psychometric tools, and is a trusted coach to senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and public figures across the globe.

Mohamed Gamal is TREE's bridge between strategy and service. As Managing Partner and Head of Customer Care, he ensures smooth, empathetic, and value-driven client experiences. With a strong background in HR and operations, Mohamed oversees TREE's internal workflows and leads on client-facing processes—making sure every client receives personalized care, timely communication, and meaningful outcomes. He plays a critical role in maintaining TREE's supportive culture and ensuring operational excellence at every touchpoint.
